Bio
Karina Enriquez currently serves as Manager at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) in the Southwest region of the Computing Alliance of Hispanic-Serving Institutions (CAHSI). Karina's passion for teaching and technology can be traced back to before her professional career in higher education. A proud UTEP alumnus, she received her bachelor's degree in Computer Science. She worked as a Computer Mentor for the City of El Paso before serving as the Senior Instructional Consultant in the Center for Instructional Design at UTEP. She has over eight years of experience in online learning, as well as designing and implementing faculty training to support their professional development. She is excited to work with other experts committed to the advancement of diversity and inclusivity for Hispanics in computing
