Dr. Daneshyari's area of interest and expertise include Deep Learning, Generative AI, Machine Learning and AI, Computational Intelligence, Genetic algorithms, Swarm Intelligence, Optimization, Object Detection/Classification, Robotics and Unmanned Aerial Systems, and Cybersecurity.
His research was previously supported by the National Science Foundation, the National Security Agency, the Department of Education, and the US Army Research Office. He previously worked as Faculty-in-Residence (FIR) at Google in 2017.
