Bio
Dr. Renjie Hu's research focuses on applying their machine learning (ML) background to advance research in healthcare and biomedical engineering. Recently, Dr. Hu has been focusing on post hoc model explainability using ML methods and multimodal ML for neural activity data. In general, Dr. Hu's research interests include multi-modality data in healthcare, explainable AI for healthcare applications, behavior analysis/prediction of healthcare practitioners and patients, ML techniques for incomplete data, and increasing high-dimensional data's interpretability by visualization and dimensionality reduction.
