Dr. Wang is an assistant professor of Computer Science at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Her research interests include deep sequential modeling and interdisciplinary AI for putting AI into practice. Many real-world applications rely on modeling sequential dependencies, such as text sequences and spatial-temporal sequences. She has been collaborating with companies and agencies to develop commercial AI applications for practical use, such as deep linguistic models for natural language interface, conditional SMILES generative, and AI-powered physical systems for urban applications.
