Bio
Dr. Wu is an assistant professor in Computer Science at Florida International University. His research interest lies at the intersection of systems and deep learning, especially systems optimizations for deep learning algorithms, services, and applications and deep learning algorithms and models for performance optimizations in cloud and edge computing systems. He has been actively collaborating with researchers from both industry and academia to develop high-performance and cognitively intelligent learning systems. Recently, Dr. Wu has been focused on systems and algorithms co-design towards delivering efficient and resilient deep learning services. His work has been published in top-tier conferences and journals, such as CVPR, ICSE, IEEE ICDCS, IEEE ICDM, IEEE TSC, and ACM TOIS, with high Google Scholar citations and impacts on AI and systems research.
